Hill Strategies Research is a Canadian company that aims to provide insightful evidence about the arts. A passion for the arts inspires our work.

Hill Strategies' President and founder, Kelly Hill, has over 10 years of experience in arts research. He has a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Université Laval in Quebec City. He is also fluently bilingual (English / French).

Kathleen Capriotti has significant experience in information gathering, data analysis and survey work. Kathleen’s experience as Research Analyst with Hill Strategies Research includes the analysis and preparation of recent Statistical Insights on the Arts reports, the analysis of theatre funding programs across Canada, the development and analysis of a survey of folk festivals and assistance with the development of a survey of publishers.

Both Kelly and Kathleen have strong research, writing and editing skills that ensure that research findings are presented in a clear and concise manner that is accessible to the arts community, government stakeholders and others.
